“Formed in August 2021 with a noble calling:
‘Show mercy to those on earth, and the One in the heavens will show mercy to you.’”
SHADE India Charitable Trust was established to uplift educationally and culturally backward communities and marginalized sections of society. Grounded in the Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah, we impart authentic faith, establish places of worship and schools, and deliver sustained direct relief across India.

SHADE India Charitable Trust
Registered Charitable Trust · Reg. No: 63/21/IV · Pulikkal, Kerala
“Show mercy to those on earth, and the One in the heavens will show mercy to you. (Prophetic Tradition)”
Formed in August 2021 under the Indian Trusts Act (Reg No: 63/21/IV), SHADE India Charitable Trust is headquartered near Kondotty in Pulikkal Panchayath, Malappuram district, Kerala. Our inspiration springs directly from the Prophetic hadith: “ഭൂമിയിലുള്ളവരോട് കരുണ കാണിച്ചാൽ ആകാശത്തുള്ളവൻ കരുണ കാണിക്കും” — “Show mercy to those on earth, and the One in the heavens will show mercy to you.”
Our work spans across various states in India, notably in Kerala, Bihar, and West Bengal. In Kerala, our flagship SHADE Meet functions across 12 centers, gathering more than 3,000 people every month for structured Islamic education (Aqeedah, Hadith, Tafseer, and Arabic), family mentorship, and distribution of fresh vegetable kits to struggling widows and fatherless families.
Beyond Kerala, our direct ground projects deliver transformative impact: running the Madrassa Thouseemiya Hifz College in Bhagalpur, completing the Iqrah Public School building for 450 children in West Bengal, renovating the entire campus of NH Excellent Academy in Bihar, building the Muhammed-e Masjid in Beldenga, and providing monthly Orphan Care sponsorships at ₹1,200/month.
Statistics connected to real people.
We measure our work not by abstract corporate targets, but by the tangible transformation in a family's dignity, a child's educational horizon, or an elder's daily health.

Muhammad Shahbaz & Abdullah
Completing the Holy Quran in 18 Months: Muhammad Shahbaz & Abdullah
In the modest village of Muhiyyuddinpur, Salempur in Bihar, talented young students from underprivileged backgrounds faced severe educational limitations and financial hardship.
SHADE India established and supported Madrassa Thouseemiya Taleemul Quran as a specialized Hifz College, covering the complete daily living and food expenses of the 12 enrolled children and regular salaries for dedicated Quran instructors.
“ഭൂമിയിലുള്ളവരോട് കരുണ കാണിച്ചാൽ ആകാശത്തുള്ളവൻ കരുണ കാണിക്കും — 'Show mercy to those on earth, and the One in the heavens will show mercy to you.' (Prophetic Tradition)”
